Owners at The Neptune will actually be able to choose the weeks they want to be here—now and forever. They will have the opportunity to place weeks in our rental program, which will be stronger then ever due to limited availability beachfront accommodations; they will also be able to exchange any of their weeks to travel the world over through Interval International, the quality exchange network with over 2,200 locations.

Owners that have the need to spend more time at the Neptune will have the option of purchasing more than one fraction or more than one week.
Our beach front owners receive a deed to the property that they purchase, just as they would when they buy a home. They have all of the rights they now enjoy with their primary home. They may share it with family, friends or business associates. Also, owners may sell their property or leave their ownership to their estate so future generations can enjoy this unique and historic location on Fort Myers Beach.
